ABOUT GLENWILD
The welcoming and vibrant community of Glenwild is a private enclave located minutes from the world-class ski resorts of Deer Valley and Park City. Tucked in a high alpine meadow surrounded by rolling foothills and behind a fully manned entry gatehouse, Glenwild is a place of understated elegance. Virtually every homesite has an unrestricted view of the majestic Wasatch Range that overlooks the historic mining town of Park City.
The centerpiece of the community is a Tom Fazio designed championship golf course that is consistently ranked as the best in the state. A stately clubhouse is home to the Glenwild Golf Club and Spa where members can enjoy luxury amenities, fine dining and regular social activities.
Extensive care and consideration lie behind the design of Glenwild where open space and preservation of nature is of the utmost importance. The dramatic natural landscape, however, is more than just a visual palette as it provides boundless opportunity for mountain biking, hiking, trail running, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. Another one of Glenwild’s main draws is its size. Smaller than other private communities, Glenwild boasts a higher percentage of full-time residents which affords a sense of intimacy where knowing one’s neighbors is a valued commodity.
The phrase Come Home to Glenwild is more than just a byline to Glenwild residents.

Glenwild HOA
The Glenwild Homeowners Association is managed by a seven-member Board of Trustees and includes numerous committees led by committee chairs dedicated to maintaining the seamless operation of the community, the maintenance of its facilities, the safety of its residents, and the preservation of the environment.
