Over the years, as styles have evolved Glenwild has witnessed a trend toward rustic contemporary and mountain modern architecture. No matter what style is contemplated, home plans are reviewed and approved by the Architectural and Design Committee, which ensures that a new build not only falls within the scope of the community’s guidelines but that the home blends seamlessly with the adjacent landscape with as little environmental impact as possible.
