Board & Committees
The HOA is made up of seven board members and seven distinct committees. A description of each board member and the name of its chairperson is listed below. If you have an interest in a specific area or would like to volunteer, please reach out to that chairperson directly or for general questions you may contact johncoyle@glenwild.com

Architectural Review Committee
Jeff Flegel, Chair
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) ensures that building standards are met and maintained by requiring strict adherence to our design and governing guidelines. The ARC reviews any prospective new construction, remodels and landscaping changes from the initial approval process thru to the finished completion of the project. The ARC meets monthly for several hours and will correspond between meetings.
Trails and Recreation Committee

The Trails and Recreation Committee oversees the trails and recreation opportunities within the Glenwild community. They ensure the safety of trails and supervise public use on trails that intersect the Glenwild boundaries. Additionally, the committee seeks out new recreational opportunities for community members. The Trails and Recreation Committee meets quarterly.
Finance Committee
Keith Alexander, Chair
The Finance Committee oversees the finances of the HOA and meets monthly to review operating expenses, variances and capital reserves while looking for ways to invest in future projects. This committee keeps a pulse on the finances of Glenwild and works closely with the Treasurer. The Finance Committee meets quarterly and will correspond between meetings.
SociaL and Welcome Committees
Carrie Dennis, Chair
The Social Committee connects Glenwild neighbors through organized social events and casual gatherings. They plan picnics, barbeques, and recreational activities for our homeowners to get to know one another. The Welcome Committee works with the Social Committee to welcome our new homeowners into the community and meets quarterly. The Welcome Committee meets as new residents join the community.
Communication and Marketing Committee
Angie Kell, Chair
The committee creates and distributes the quarterly Glenwild newsletter, manages the Glenwild website and works closely with Sotheby’s Real Estate to ensure the Glenwild brand is represented in keeping with our published Brand Guidelines. The Communication and Marketing Committee meets quarterly and will correspond between meetings.
COMMUNITY SAFETY AND EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS Committee

The Community Safety and Emergency Preparedness Committee identifies possible emergency risks and scenarios and prepares contingency strategies. Traffic speed mitigation, evacuation plans and procedures, safety education, and earthquake preparedness are examples of events they might consider. The committee regularly engages with our Director of Community Safety.
